Generally speaking, the money used to buy equipments is sent to the electronic account of seller. It will directly be sent to your money bag if you use gold AH.
Their Cheap Diablo 3 Gold inventory system is very basic. There is room for a weapon, a shield, an amulet, two rings, and a class specific item that is unlocked at level 25.
